    Warbird seeks qualified candidates to be considered for a HRIS Project Manager role to oversee the implementation of HRIS systems and services during a merger. The consultant will serve as a key liaison with external and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation of projects, system enhancements, testing, upgrades, and updates.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage the HRIS system implementation in collaboration with functional and technical staff
    • Serve as a lead and Project Manager in the areas of data collection, management, and analysis
    • Prepare routine compliance and specialized reports to inform and advise audits, workforce trends, human resources transactional processes and change management strategies;
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures, protocols, ensuring procedural integrity of HR data and standardization of HRMS/HRIS functions

     

    Job Requirements

    • BA/BS in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Technology or a related field from an accredited college or university; Master's degree preferred;
    • Five (5) years of experience in HRIS-focused positions with a three (3) year minimum of specialized and practical experience supporting and working with HRMS/HRIS systems;
    • Minimum of 3 years' Project Management experience
